Eades, our local greengrocer, not only supplies fruit and vegetables to many of the hotels and restaurants in Bath but is very much a local, family shop.

I admire them for trying out new products and Tims Dairy yoghurts are quite delicious. Their logo is ‘good food from the heart of the Chilterns’ . I checked with my friend, Margaret, who lives at Astrope, near Tring and she was very familiar with their yoghurt which she can buy from the local farm shops.

Tims yoghurt is available in supermarkets too. Morrisons are selling it in selected stores as are Waitrose. The dairy is run by the four Timotheou brothers and was established as long ago as 1949. It has won all sorts of accolades. Just a pity I didn’t know about it earlier.

They have a good website and I look forward to trying out some of their recipes.
